[Typo3] Menu links without id

Hi,

I'm running Typo3 on Windows IIS server, therefore I cannot use RealUrl 
or SimStatic extensions. But I've found out that it's possible to call 
page without id parameter. Sort of www.mysite.com/?alias (i.e.: 
http://www.bednarik.org/?download , http://www.bednarik.org/?typo3 ).

My question - is there a way how to modify TMENU (or probably typolink 
function), so it creates URLs like this == without "index.php?id="
