[Typo3] Wrap userFunc with typoscrypt..

Het all,

I need to do something like this

page.20 = COA
page.20.2 = TEXT
page.20.2.value = You can add a new page here!
page.20.4 = USER
page.20.4.userFunc =  tx_ltgforms_pi1->ts_getEncryptedpageRef
page.20.4.wrap = <b>|</b>


As you can see... I am trying to wrap teh string return from 
'ts_getEncryptedpageRef' into bold tags.
How would I precede???
