[Typo3] Article complex and RTE

Anyone using the extensions Article Complex? 
It doesn't seem like it honours paragraphs in the RTE. If I have
paragraphs in the RTE these are disregarded in the FE resulting in one
massive text without spaces. Very irritating.
One work-around is using empty header tags (editing the tags directly).

Anyone seen this and knows what to do. It kind of results in
embarrasing formating on the site...
