[Typo3] Move site - how?

Today we had a TUGA (Typo3 UserGroup Austria) meeting and it was said
that it is scheduled to be released in "a few weeks" which in my opinion
can mean anything between 1-3 months :(

It takes me about 2 minutes of real work ... and 10-30 minutes of leting this
damn box workin' :) depends on the size of the site - and i have to copy the
archive over a 2Mbit line to our production server ...
