[Typo3] content into html div tag

Well, on image attached you'll see the very basic my design is.
There's a 4 cell table, where main space is used by title and content. Both of theese are div tag enclosed. The pink dotted line is ###CONTENT### area.
My problem is that neither title or content are filled with data.

Can't get the problem?
What would you like to get?
How do like to achive it?
And what ist the result?
