[Typo3] Main function of extension is not called

Hi,

i copied an existing extension, changed it's name and used tables due to
not disturbing the running instanse of the extension.

I'm pretty sure that I change every thing the right way, but
unfortunatly the main function of the extension is not called when
trying to show the page it's included.

The original extension works fine. Any ideas where to look for any
mistakes?
