[Typo3] suddenly no thumbs, no graphics??

The first thing I would try is to clear all cache. I expect that after 
that ALL graphics are gone, also the ones you created before yesterday. 
In this case I would guess that imageMagick has a Problem. Check it in 
the InstallTool, maybe this gives a clue...
