[Typo3] Plugin Front End User Registration user always disabled when created & maxitems - fileupload

Hi,

Having installed the Front End User Registration (sr_feuser_register

1) In the constants setup I can enable no confimation e-mail to the user who
registers. However - this results in the user being enabled in the
sys-folder. I would like the user to be disabled, and for an admin to enable
the account. Like when the plugin is configured with confirmation required -
I just don't wan't the e-mail to be sent to the user - only the information
email to the admin.

2) I have enabled image-upload - I'm able to upload 6 images. However - I
would like to be able to allow people to upload only 1 image. Where do i
change this setting?
