[Typo3] Warning about Earth Ray Cleaner Extension

Dear Jean-Baptiste,

I fully agree with your points. Though the extension is based on a joke,
it's almost funny for the German speaking, and still then I think this
doesn't belong to the TER.

However I think it's not yet possible to remove an extension, so that could
become tricky...
