[Typo3] Warning about Earth Ray Cleaner Extension

With TER being down often enough I have slight problems with taking it easy.
The extension (like the nothing extension, box, cleargif (my favourite 
most unnessesary ext.)) has no use at all.
It only posts a link to an external website which could be considered 
spamming.
Of course, everyone has to decide if he want's to install it or not.
But even if someone uploads an ext like this at least the extension 
itself could be cleaned.
Thumbs.db files and (my favourite) a clear.gif.
I give a f**k about earthrays, but if folks keep messing up the TER like 
this I WILL give ...

Now before the arguing about 15kb starts - what if 50% of the extension 
code is pure crap?
