[Typo3] applying patch

I've applyied bug 416 patch files and when trying to
apply bug 747 patch get error below.

# patch -p0 class.t3lib_install.php < bug_747.diff

(Stripping trailing CRs from patch.)

patching file class.t3lib_install.php

patch unexpectedly ends in middle of line
