[Typo3] safe_mode on or off

Indeed, I think I will diff it. For now I have to ask for shell access else
I cannot install it. I already have shell access in other domains so it
won't be a problem, it only takes some time.

Interesting detail :-)
I think you should download the installed source and compare it with
upstream for finding out if they changed anything.
