[Typo3] Freesite package

hi,

the freesite package is not supported any longer. install a 3.7 dummy 
package with the freesite extension.

though i think its easier to install the old 3.5 freesite package and 
afterwards upgrade to 3.7 (especially for noobs on the freesite thing)

maybe stucki can put it back on the download section?
