[Typo3] TemplaVoila problem

I have solved my problem - I'm not sure if this is applicable to your situation, but you never know.

My solution was actually more related to an installation issue (therefore this is probably the wrong list for this)

Basically I asked my service provider to check a few things I found on the Installation & upgrade documentation (pages 21-22) relating to opperating when safe_mode is on.

They obliged and set the following:

Set the 'open_basedir' the virtual host to allow access to our site
as well as
'http://www.deepcreekanglican.com/index2.php'

'safe_mode_gid' could not be turned on due to security reasons.
 
Also the ownership and group settings for the installation were aslo changed as per the documentation.

Please let me know if you need any more info on this.
