[Typo3] Static File Structure

Afternoon Listers,
 
I noticed that many of you are running Typo3 and yet seem to be creating
a static web structure (ie. /info/index.php) instead of the dynamic
generation I am seeing on our website.
 
 
How did you go about configuring that ?
