[Typo3] not valid MySQL argument

hi list, currently i'm getting an error message, like one below, continuously. It doesn't matter what page I'm trying to access.
 
Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result
resource in /usr/lib/typo3/t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php on line 736

Anyone had have same problem?
 
Just a few minues ago I've reinstalled typo3 from an rpm source -http://typo3.mitka.us/-, I thougt this could fix some manual-made installation error but it didn't.
 
any idea will be wellcome.
