[Typo3] Header layout order

Hi,

I needed to configure more than 5 header layouts, so I made an extension 
for a sixth layout. It's working, but the new layout is shown below the 
hidden layout. The list looks like this:
- Default
- Layout 1
- Layout 2
- Layout 3
- Layout 4
- Layout 5
- Hidden
- Layout 6
A note in the extension manager tells me, that the new layout will be 
inserted right before the hidden layout, so something is wrong here.
Any Ideas where the order of the list is stored or parsed, so that I can 
fix this?
