[Typo3] Cross platform sites

Is it possible to base multiple sites on the same content, so that for
instance I could create two sites with different templates but with the same
content from the database?

 

I need this for a cross platform site where the same core content is
delivered for PC, Mobile and TV based browsers, but design wise, ad wise
etc. the sites will be much too different for a "one site multiple
stylesheet" solution.
