[Typo3] How do I make a plugin cacheable?

Well, I used the Kickstarter Wizard to create a new frontend plugin. I
called the plugin campusnews and edited the main() method of the class
tx_campusnews_pi1. In the main method I fetch data from the MS SQL server
and return it.
