[Typo3] Nested FE_groups -> user is member of XX

Hi list

Maybe it's an easy question, but is there a function similar to IsMemberOfGroup (BE) for Frontendusers when using the nested groups? 
"main"-group of user is in example 6. The groups 3 and 4 are subgroups from 6. 
So my User in Group 6 is also in 3 and 4. But how can I retrieve this information??

How can I retrieve ALL groups a user is member of?
