[TYPO3] Database proble with sys_dmail

Hi

I looked the database with the compare tool.

Changing fields
  ALTER TABLE sys_dmail CHANGE encoding encoding varchar(80) NOT NULL 
default 'base64';
  Current value: varchar(80) NOT NULL default 'base64'

Checking that doesn't change the field.
There is presumably a version problem.
What should be altered.
I deleted the entire table but that didn't help anything
