[Typo3] Is "RUBY" going to get ahead of "PHP"

it's not ruby itself what  "is gaining so much momentum"
it is the "on rails" framework which is definitely 
far ahead of every "php world" framework  i know.
(except the onrails clones like cake, biscuit etc ..perhaps)
