[Typo3] Problems with Image Properties and RTE

Alright, I fixed the problem using Carla's suggestion (Thanks Carla!). 
At first I did not see the Update to 1.0.0 version available for 
rtehtmlarea which is why I was a bit confused with her solution, but 
then I searched in the online repository for rtehtmlarea and I updated 
it through there.

The formatting works now.

However I still have one formatting problem... and a request.

The problem as you can see here:

Is with the border and the margin.  I applied a margin of 5 pixels to 
the left and right of the image, however instead of pushing away the 
text 5 pixels, it pushes the border.


Also I have a request.  I was wondering whether it was possible to 
combine the abilities of Text w/ Image (the Image options) with the 
rtehtmlarea?  Because alot of the options and abilities in the regular 
Image section of Typo3 are useful, for example, the ability to click on 
an image to show a larger version in a popup is really useful however 
its not available in RTEHTMLAREA's Image Property options.

Any idea how I can combine these abilities?
