[Typo3] New here: Just a tiny question before using Typo3

Hi there!!!
I´m new here, I´ve always asked in forums, not in lists, so I hope
this is the correct way to do things here...

I want to know before installing Typo if:
Can I create an elearning system? I mean: I want to create a few
courses on line for my school... can I do that?
I want to create a course where each student enters to their personal
page, and only access to their personal info (classes, tests,
contents...)
