[Typo3] t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php?

I am having a weird problem.  I'm hoping someone can at least point me in the right direction...

I had installed dkd_feuser_belogin/FEUser->BELogin.  Later I realized that it didn't work right with 3.8 and uninstalled it.  But if I delete the extension from my installation, I get the following errors ONLY on pages within a particular domain or branch of the page tree.  

With the extension uninstalled, I can't for the life of me figure out what is still referencing it...???
