[Typo3] rs_userimp fatal error

hi,

I am trying to use the ext rs_userimp and I get the following fatal  
error directly after uploading the csv file.

"Cannot use string offset as an array in /Users/rrenfro/Sites/ 
PROJEKTE/www.whoami-dev.net/typo3conf/ext/rs_userimp/mod1/index.php  
on line 420"

has anyone else experienced this behavior or possibly knows how to  
fix it?
