[Typo3] blank screen insted of instal tool

hi,

It was like I thought it will :) just have to spend little more time for 
searching the answer ;)

my typo3\install\index.php shoul look like this:
don't know what it really does but it works :)

if (1==0 || (substr($_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'],0,7)!='192.168' && 
$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']!='mysql.ddd.pl'))  {
