Hi,

seems to be OK.
Which position is responsible for that ? maybe I have to set some path but e.g. it's empty

what do you mean ?

because path is like www.adadasd.com/~someuser/site/
and I need www.blabla.com

I have www.adadasd.com/~someuser/site/ and redirects to www.blabla.com
This redirection is made by a provider (company where I submitted the domain).

it's already 3.8

I spoke with the admin. He told me, that one process was used, which they blocked because of security (somebody hacked them by that software). But I don't think that is the reason.
