[Typo3] Get in touch with the bug fixing team

How do I get in touch with the bug fixing team?

* No name or email adress on their web page
http://typo3.org/teams/bug-filter/.

* No mailing list when clicking on the
http://lists.netfielders.de/pipermail/typo3-team-bugs/ link.

* No information on the bugtracker (http://bugs.typo3.org/)

Is this a secret society or...? :-)  :-)

When I found the mailing list
(http://lists.netfielders.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/typo3-team-bugs)
I can´t post to it because it is read-only for non members.  :-(
