[Typo3] import export on typo 3.8 fread() error

Hi list

I am running on Apache 2, php 5.0.4  typo3.8 and I am  receiving the following error on importing a *.t3d:
 
Warning: fread(): Length parameter must be greater than 0. in /home2/smeralda/public_html/smeralda/typo3/sysext/impexp/class.tx_impexp.php on line 2497 

Can anyone help me?
