[Typo3] FE user register confirmation problem

Try putting this in the constants of your template.

plugin.tx_srfeuserregister_pi1.confirmType = 0

I´m using sr_feuser_register and cant get the link in confirmation emails to
complete the registration after upgrade to TYPO3 3.8.

I have searched documentation, forums and bug reports for days and have now
this envirement.

TYPO3 3.8
Extension keys
sr_feuser_register: 1.5.7
direct_mail: 1.1.0
it_dmail_fix: 0.2.1

Configuration
I do NOT use use the simulateStaticDocuments feature
config.enableHTMLMail = 0
config.notification_email_urlmode = all (or )


The Confirmation mail have this link:
http://www.server.org/?RDCT=31c523360261cfb808fe

Clicking the link translate it to:
http://www.server.org/index.php?id=96&type=96&tx_srfeuserregister_pi1[rU]=27&tx_srfeuserregister_pi1[cmd]=setfixed&tx_srfeuserregister_pi1[sFK]=APPROVE&fD[_FIELDLIST]=uid%252Cpid%252Cusergroup&fD[usergroup]=1&fD[disable]=0&tx_srfeuserregister_pi1[aC]=a7eaf1f3

And I get a ERROR page from the server:
The page is not configured! [type= 96][]

( Confirmation page have ID:69 so it seams that the RDCT works and send me
to right page but something in the code string is wrong )

What have I missed?
Does anyone know how I can resolve it?
