[Typo3] links with title and consequences

Hi Nyeki,

htmlArea RTE allows you to set a title attribute on the link. However, the TYPO3 typolink feature does not support this attribute. Therefore, when the attribute is set, the link is not transformed into a typolink. In latest versions of htmlArea, I made a correction to ensure that if you do remove the title attribute, the link will become eligible to typolink transformation again (rtekeep attribute is removed).
