[Typo3] config.simulateStaticDocuments = PATH_INFO doesn't work

Hello,

Hosting our site over at GoDaddy, and can't get 
config.simulateStaticDocuments to work..

First, I tried setting config.simulateStaticDocuments = 1 (in our Template 
Setup), and renaming _.htaccess to .htaccess, but it didn't work.  So 
assuming mod_rewrite might be disabled, I tried the second option which was 
config.simulateStaticDocuments = PATH_INFO, but that didn't work either.

It products urls such as http://www.website.com/index.php/9/0/

When I click on it, it gives me a 404.

I also set config.absRefPrefix = http://www.website.com/  but to no avail,


Help, anyone?
