[Typo3] Translate to Basque Months

Hi!

Got it. Take a look to ext_typoscript_setup.txt in the tt_news
extension. It contains a number of entries with "strftime" in them. It
appears that tt_news uses strftime php function. Most likely it does not
have month names for your locale built-in and displays them in English.
