[Typo3] Banner Extensions: Just 30% of Page Impressions as AdViews

Hi!

Firsts, not all user wait until all images are loaded. Secondly, image
loading usually happens in order they are located on the page. Internet
explorer opens by default only two connections per server, thus it might
take a lot of time to load banners located at the end of the page's HTML.

typo3 caches page content, not images. I doubt typo3 creates this problem.
