[Typo3] Can't import extensions with Ext manager

Hi Carles,

Seems that your problem is clear on the first line:

Warning: fopen(): URL file-access is disabled in the server

This means that your apache is limiting the external URL access to the 
apache user.

Maybe if you try to do a "wget http://www.google.com" as well you'll get 
denied maybe since seems to be your host provider limiting that kind of 
accesses.
