[Typo3] static file edit error

Hi list
I have been getting the following error
"Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/typo3_src-3.7.0/t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php on line 736"

with typo3_src-3.7.0  (Linux RH8) when clicking on 'list' for any of the pages in my site.

The error disappeared on removing the extension 'static file edit'. It is version 1.0.2.

I tried re-installing and removing the extension several times and the same error was reproduced.

I do not know if this effects the functionality of the site. Any comments would be appreciated. Is it a bug or a problem with my confiiguration?
