[Typo3] [Indexed Search] - Starting point not being honored?

Hello,

I'm running typo 3.7 on a redhat 3.0as machine.

I setup a page with the Indexed Search plugin. I set the starting point
for a sub-page. But when I do a search, it ends up showing results from
the entire site, not just from that starting point on.

If I do an advanced search, then I can choose that one part, but
shouldn't it do that by default since I set that as the starting point?
