[Typo3] Versioning system for TypoScript

Obvious the Cache needs to be cleared.

I think this is a nice solution for the problem I have (or should I say 'had').
The only drawback I could think of is that when you use the ObjectBrowser you have to copy/paste the changes made in the template file.
