I don't disagree. Many possibilities is also something that gives opportunities. 
But for newbies it can be really frustrating. Thanks to Getting Started, 
Modern Template building, Futuristic Template Building and the videos i didn't 
get frustrated.

If they need someone who is not a developer and don't know much PHP, I would
