[Typo3] official TYPO3 book in english

You're right. And I don't require tourists to Switzerland to speak
German/French/Italian/Rumansh either. To with the latter two languages
I wouldn't even be able to help them...

Indeed, the book was originally announced on typo3.org like this:

I was also assuming that "this fall" means "the fall 2004". But either
that time plan was fairly optimistic or something else delayed the
translation.
