[Typo3] tt_news template

I GOT IT!!!!...Finally...

I make the changes of the following document:
Building, Part 1 (MTB/1) > Part 1: Integration of an HTML template >
Cleaning everything up a bit...

but I really dont know why function this time but.. is great!!!..
