[TYPO3-dev] Typo3 - 6.2 - BE - Popup 404 File not found...??

The Problem is in Typo3 6.2

In the Backend when I'm click to an image to edit the meta tags or set links to them, there is a popup window with the "404 Not found" Error. 
Its not possible to add new images to the image element. Why this happens?

I  tryed to:
- deleted caches
- deleted and uploaded typo3 source
- reindex with DB-Check
- set all rights to 777
- deleted typo3tmp directrory
