[TYPO3-dev] Clear all cache not possible after minor update

Another possibility is disk space.
Have you checked it?
I have seen a similar issue with no disk space and another time I have
seen a system where was hit the maximum number of nodes configured in
the file system. There was a lot of disk space but the maximum number of
nodes had been hit.
