[TYPO3-dev] blocking error if file is removed

Hello,

in my upgraded TYPO3 6.2beta5 i got lately some exceptions 'File xyz does not exist'. I found out that some medias connected to content elements where just missing.
My problem now is: why do i get exceptions and not just warnings. In my case there where thumbnails in listview, but i couldn't get into the element, because i got this blocking error.
I ressearched some minutes and i found out this problem occurs in a lot of use cases, if the file/image does not exist on the server.

So: wouldn't it be better if there is a warning than an exception?
