[TYPO3-dev] EXT:extension_uploader "Can't upload extension to TER"

Hi,

I can't upload my own roq_redirect (svn.typo3.org/TYPO3v4/Extensions/roq_redirect/trunk) extension to the TER for the first time with the EXT:extension_uploader. I get the following error:
"Connection error when trying to contact the repository."

Can anyone tell me what i did wrong?

TYPO3 6.1.5
extension_uploader 1.0.10
