[TYPO3-dev] No suitable request handler found +++ Table 'tx_powermail_domain_model_form' doesn't exist

I had some trouble in context with powermail.

If I have include the powermail plugin, i get the following TYPO3 
exception prompt:

  * #1205414233: No suitable request handler found.

There is a workflow for solving this error. To include the extbase setup 
manually:

  * <INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT:
    source="FILE:typo3/sysext/extbase/ext_typoscript_setup.txt">

If I use this workflow, I get the next TYPO3 exception prompt:

  * Table '... .tx_powermail_domain_model_form' doesn't exist

This table doesn't exist of course, because the proper name is 
tx_powermail_domain_model_form*s*.

I found some threads with the same problem, but witout any solution.

Has someone an idea, how to solve the bug?

Some details

  * TYPO3 6.2.7, Powermail 2.1.10
  * I'm using FLUIDTEMPLATE
  * The errors from above aren't repeatable in other TYPO3 installations
    with same TYPO3 core and the same Powermail extension.
