[TYPO3-dev] Poll: Should we keep supporting "global extensions"?

Hi thank you for your answer,
as I'm not a core developer and bad informed.. there is a way to mark a
specific extension to avoid the update process?!? This could be interesting
for the +ext that can interfere with other +ext and that cannot be updated.
