6.1 is not supported any more and will not recieve security updates. It is 
not in the list of supported releases any more, thus TER extensions will be 
marked as updated.
The sole reason, why this is not happening on large scale is, that those 
"old" extensions mostly still support 4.5 LTS, which will be out of support 
in three months. Then all old extensions will be marked as outdated.
