[TYPO3-dev] no extbase in TYPO3 4.7.2

For details see [1]. Furthermore, I wouldn't use such an old version of 
TYPO3 4.7. Better checkout the latest release (4.7.17) or use the HEAD 
as 4.7.18 will probably be released today.

Maybe with the removal of the submodules they cannot be retrieved from 
the repository (I'm not that much into git) anymore?
